A pantry is a room where beverages, food, and sometimes dishes, household cleaning ... Food preparation before cooking was done in a larder, and dishwashing was done in a scullery or pantry,

1.) Freestanding pantry
If you have space along a wall that you’re not using, this may be the perfect place to add a freestanding pantry. This style of pantry consists of a large cabinet that can be used to store your extra kitchen items.

2.) Portable pantry
If you don’t have room in your kitchen for a stationary object, then try getting a portable pantry. This is usually a small cabinet that’s been mounted on wheels. A moveable cupboard is particularly useful in a small kitchen so you can move it from one side of the room to the other depending on where you’re working.

3.) Pullout pantry
Sometimes extra cabinets sitting out can get in the way. To avoid the cumbersome aspect of these other options, try having a pullout pantry added to your custom cabinetry. A pullout drawer flows naturally with the rest of the cupboards and is also beneficial for using vertical space in the kitchen.

4.) Traditional pantry
A regular closet pantry is always a good fallback to use as well. This choice will probably offer you the most storage space for your items. You can also utilize other aspects of a closet pantry that you can’t on other options. For example, you can use the inside of the door to hang cooking utensils or other tools. The same can be said of the inside wall – add baskets or hooks to maximize the area’s full potential.
